The service
What an FBAR is and how we help
The Report of Foreign Bank and Financial Accounts (FBAR), FinCEN Form 114, is filed electronically with the U.S. Treasury's Financial Crimes Enforcement Network — separately from your tax return.
A U.S. person generally must file if the combined maximum value of their foreign financial accounts exceeded $10,000 at any time during the calendar year. We gather your account details, calculate maximum values and file the report for you.

Common mistakes we fix
- Applying the $10,000 limit per account instead of to all foreign accounts combined
- Leaving out joint accounts with parents or accounts you can only sign on
- Assuming Form 8938 on the tax return replaces the FBAR
- Filing only the current year after discovering past missed years
Pricing
Fees depend on how complex your situation is — for example the number of forms, states, accounts or years involved. You get a quote before any work begins, and there is no charge for the first conversation.
